Decide.AI

Your calls, answered.

Decide is an AI receptionist that lives on your iPhone. When you can’t pick up, it answers in a voice you choose, asks the questions you would ask, turns spam away at the door — and sends you the whole conversation in writing.

Decide for iPhone will be available on the App Store soon. One email when it’s live — that’s it.

Three steps. No new number.

Decide works with the phone number you already have. Nothing to print on new business cards, nothing to tell your customers.

  1. Keep your number

Forward the calls you miss — busy, ignored, or unreachable — to Decide. It takes two taps to set up and two taps to turn off. Your number stays yours.

  2. Decide answers

Describe what you do in a sentence or two, in plain English. Decide works out the rest: how to greet callers, what to ask, what counts as urgent, and what should never get through.

  3. You get it in writing

Moments after the caller hangs up, the call is in your inbox: a short summary, the full transcript, and anything that needs your attention flagged.

Watch it happen. Step in when you want.

Most answering services are a black box — you find out what happened after it’s over. Decide keeps the call on screen while it’s live. Read along as the conversation unfolds, nudge the receptionist mid-call, or pick up and take over yourself. The caller never hears a seam.

And when it’s not worth your attention, that’s the point: robocalls and telemarketers get screened out before your phone makes a sound.

The Decide app showing a live call in progress, summaries of two handled calls with follow-up chips, and a screened-out spam call.

What it handles.

Screens by default, rings by exception
Everyone gets a polite, capable receptionist. The people you mark as favorites skip it entirely and ring straight through.
Set up in plain English
No scripts, no decision trees. Write what you do the way you’d tell a new hire, and Decide builds its own questions.
Every call in writing
A summary you can read in five seconds and a full transcript when you need the details. Nothing lives only in your memory.
A voice you choose
Pick the voice that fits how you work — warm, brisk, formal. Callers hear a receptionist, not a robot maze.
Knows when you’re busy
Connect your calendar and Decide answers accordingly — offering times you’re actually free, holding interruptions while you’re in a meeting.
Try it before you forward anything
Have Decide call you first. Hear exactly what your callers will hear before a single real call is routed.

Questions, answered.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Decide uses conditional call forwarding on the number you already have. Calls you answer are untouched; only the ones you miss go to your receptionist. Turning it off is two taps.

What does a caller actually hear?

A natural voice that greets them the way you’ve described, asks what they need, takes the details, and wraps up politely. You can call your own number and hear it yourself — and Decide will place a demo call to you during setup.

Can I take over a call while it’s happening?

Yes. Live calls appear in the app as they happen. You can read along, steer the receptionist with a tap, or join the call and take it from there.

What happens to spam and robocalls?

They’re screened out before your phone rings. You’ll see them logged in your inbox — marked as handled, needing nothing from you.

Is my data private?

Your calls are yours. Transcripts and recordings exist so you can read and hear them; we don’t sell your data. The details are in our privacy policy.

When can I get it?
